This picture was taken by my buddy Frank several years ago. One of my favorites that show how bright the path is when lit up. I have a 600 lumen light on my helmet and a 1800 lumen light on my handlebars. Frank is also wearing 2 lights. Outside of the light beams — it’s pitch black.
Check out the night ride video below with Frank and me — taken last night (no snow!!!)
Hey Dave – it is a lot of fun at night. So different since you can’t see anything except what your lights show. I had to dig out the manuals. Both of my lights are Nite Rider — the Flare on the helmet and the Pro 1800 Race on the handlebars. I was off on my lumens description so I’ll update that.
That guy in the red and green sure is ugly! And slow!
Ha! I’ll have to speed up the replay and make us both look better 🙂
looks like a few riders out there. Fun stuff. What light are you running on your handlebars?
